Aim of the programme
This qualiﬁcation provides an opportunity to study different aspects of customer service and aims to provide the skills needed to advance in the Customer Service sector
You should be at least 16 years old. Pearson does not set any other entry requirements but colleges or training providers may have their own guidelines.
You can usually complete it in a year or less.
It will be assessed by your tutor or assessor using a range of methods. This could include tasks set by Pearson, course work or methods such as oral questioning.
